How the score is built

What we measure
The final score of 4.8 out of 5 comes from four criteria with fixed weights. Operator reputation counts for 30%, payments and crypto 25%, withdrawal feasibility 25% and bonuses 20%. Each row is a 0–100 score; the weighted average becomes the 0–5 rating.

How we test
The test covers sign-up, deposit, a bet and a withdrawal. We time support replies on chat and email. We go through the bonus terms line by line. We validate the licence and read complaints on public sites. The results of these checks feed into the full review of MSport.
