Staying on the genuine MSport site

Fake casino sites exist. Here is how to make sure you are on the real MSport.

Checking that you are on the real site

MSport runs its main website at https://msport-zmb.com/. Open the site from a bookmark or by typing the address, not from random links. Search results and ads can occasionally point to look-alike pages.

In the footer. The number ALSI-112310012-FI5 is shown alongside. Active since 2019. Our review of MSport covers the licence and the operator in more detail.

A secure connection, shown by the padlock, is a basic requirement. Read the domain letter by letter, looking for extra or swapped letters. Fake sites look rough. Do not deposit or log in on a site you are not sure about.

If the site does not open

ISPs in certain regions block the main domain. The safe route is to ask support for the current official address.

A genuine address is something only MSport can confirm. Trust only links from support, the newsletter or your account messages. Lists of mirrors on random websites can include clones, so do not rely on them. Once you have the confirmed address, bookmark it and use that bookmark every time.

No access to the main domain

Try the following:

• Use the bookmark you saved earlier
• Check your connection and try another browser
• Ask support for the current official address
• Skip copies offered in ads or messages

Clones and phishing

Fake copies imitate the look of the real site to collect your data. They often spread through messages, social media posts or ads promising unusual bonuses. If a bonus sounds too good to be true, it probably is. What a genuine code looks like is explained in our promo code guide.

No genuine employee will ever ask for your password. Verification codes are never to be shared. Let support know about fake sites so they can warn others, ideally with a screenshot and the address. Our support guide lists the official channels.

If you may have used a fake page, reset it on the official site immediately. After that, activate two-factor authentication and tell support. Let your bank or wallet know if payment data was exposed.

Protecting your account

Set up 2FA. With 2FA, a stolen password alone is not enough to get in. Pick a long password that is unique to this account.

Public hotspots is not the place for logins and payments. Do not stay logged in on public computers. An up-to-date device is a safer device.

Now and then, check your account activity. Unknown activity means: change the password and write to support at once. Help is available 24/7. The linked mailbox is the key to resets, so give it a strong password and 2FA too.

Official apps only

The Android app is distributed as an APK from the official site. Downloads from third-party sources can contain malware. When in doubt, check with the team before installing. Installation is described in the APK install guide.

A home-screen shortcut to the mobile site is a safe alternative to any app. Typos in the domain become impossible, a simple guard against clones. The mobile version has a guide of its own. Keep your bookmark current.

Be just as careful with browser extensions and so-called helper tools that promise better odds or free bonuses. Such tools may log what you type, password included. Game results cannot be influenced by software on your device.

Safety checklist

Run through these points whenever you are unsure. Confirm the domain, the secure connection and the Anjouan (Union of Comoros) licence text. Use bookmarks or official links from support.

Turn on 2FA, use a unique password and log out on shared devices. Never share passwords or codes, and report suspicious messages. Use the responsible gaming tools if you need them. A secure account comes before entertainment. Report any doubtful copy of the site to the official team, to protect other players.
